SMALL TABLES - SIDE TABLES - BEDROOM TABLES
All of the small table dimensions and wood species below are from previous client projects. Dimensions, wood species, joinery and finishes can be modified to fit your home’s design and your personal tastes and budgets. These tables all use solid wood joinery to lock in the joints. I use hardwood drawers slides as needed, not metal slides that frequently require adjustments. MID-CENTURY MODERN SIDE TABLE - Waterfall / Dovetailed
Mid-Century modern inspired side table for your living room, study, or bedroom as a night table. The table can be built with waterfall grain that runs across the sides and top, rabbited joints with hand cut pegs, or hand-cut dovetails on all four corners. Legs can be straight or tapered, which make the tables appear lighter. Finished with 3 coats of hand rubbed varnish.

Mid Century Modern inspired side table for your living room, study, or bedroom as a night table. The table features continuous grain from left side to top to the right side/ The legs are tapered and skewed for a graceful appearance. The solid wood drawer has a featured hardwood front and maple interior. Finished with 2 coats of hard wax oil or urethane with paste wax.

A simple bedroom night table on a smaller scale. This version features birdseye maple on the tops and drawer fronts, with hard maple sides and legs. The table has a single all wood drawer and a shelf, usually 12” from the floor for books, magazines etc.. The table has tapered legs which make the tables appear lighter. Finished with 2 coats of hard wax oil or urethane with paste wax.
