As my work reaches more clients, I now accept commercial commissions. I apply the same care, clean design, and fine craftsmanship to these projects. I often coordinate with other vendors for molding or paneling and built-in that are in the same room.
I begin with your concepts and work with you on design and materials to transform the design into a beautiful and functional piece. I match your exact needs, create 3D renderings with full details, and send progress photos during construction so you stay involved. Within 150 miles of my shop I personally deliver and assemble every piece to ensure satisfied clients.
TRESTLE LEG CONFERENCE TABLE
Steep Rock Land Preserve Board Room
I collaborated with the Director of the Steep Rock Land Preserve to design and build two 8 ft long conference tables for their board room. We selected a modern mid-century modern design with trestle legs to keep with the simplicity of their board room. I designed custom cherry pop-up outlets with USB board. Finished in 4 coats of urethane (or your choice of varnish) and paste wax.

New Britain Museum of American Art
An architect commissioned me to design and build an 8 ft conference table in mahogany for a new library. I designed a simple yet very sturdy table on the lines of the Prairie School of Design with some Mid-Century Modern influences. It features simple yet sturdy lines with through tenons and a simple yet light base. Finished in your choice of varnish or urethane.

MODERN MAHOGANY BAR/SIDE TABLE

The museum architect asked me to design and build a bar table to match the 8ft conference table for the event room entrance. I designed a simple yet very sturdy table on the lines of the Prairie School of Design with some Mid-Century Modern influences. It features simple yet sturdy lines through tenons and a simple yet light base.

SIDEBOARD / CREDENZA
Nakashima inspired sideboard or credenza, perfect for office settings. The sideboard features a book matched case where the grain spans the left side, top, and right side for a continuous grain pattern. Hand cut through dovetails are used on all four corners. Each door is also formed with a book matched panel and the doors slide on wooden runners . The doors can be easily removed for cleaning. Finished with 4 coats of varnish with paste wax

CABINET ON TAPERED LEGS
Cabinet with beautiful simple lines and flat paneled doors, can be used in any office environment with open shelves, drawers of a mix of these elements. The cabinet has a chamfered edge top to soften the lines, the same chamfering is applied to the door panels, which also means that there is no place for dust to settle on in the doors, a nice side effect.
Adjustable solid wood shelves are included (2). The legs are 5” high and tapered so that all the angled features work together cohesively. Shown in Maple at 42” long, 29” high, and 16” wide. Finished in 4 coats of varnish with paste wax
